The Sisters of the Brides of the Lamb (BLS) is a new religious congregation founded in East Africa with a mission to restore human dignity and community life in the face of widespread challenges like poverty, illiteracy, and disease. Built upon the three core charisms of Prayer, Education, and Care of Mother Earth, the BLS is undertaking a significant construction project—including a Primary School, Convent Hostel, Twin Dormitories, and a Chapel—to establish its physical base. The congregation is dedicated to the holistic development of the vulnerable, providing free and affordable education, offering counseling, caring for the abandoned elderly, and actively engaging in environmental stewardship to fulfill its commitment to the underserved communities.
